Hello! I'm Annie the baker and business owner of The Mindful Lark Bakery! π I bake gluten free, vegan baked goods in the beautiful Como Park neighborhood of St. Paul, MN, specializing in monthly Variety Boxes! I know how hard it is to find safe and delicious treats, not to mention options! That's why I focus on providing you with a Variety Box of monthly treats to help you enjoy and provide safe treats for the person in your life with unique dietary needs. I hope to help make your lives a little sweeter and a whole lot easier. My youngest has 6 life threatening food allergies and I'm excited to take what I've learned through baking for him and sharing that knowledge to help a community of people who need gluten free AND vegan food. π Why is my business called The Mindful Lark? Mindful- as I have to be oh, so careful about how/what I bake, but also in that the act of baking is meditative for me, the process gets me in the moment and out of my ruminating head. Lark- as in a fun, mischievous adventure! I am having fun creating at all levels of my business, from testing recipes, building menus, photographing and graphic design. I love baking, it is a form of play, and meditation and I am thrilled to help others in the process! I am The Mindful Lark and I'd love to bake for you! π Products are made in a home kitchen operating under MN Cottage Food Laws and are not subject to state inspection. All products are wheat, dairy, egg, gluten, and animal product free. I never bake with wheat flour, but packaged wheat products are consumed in the home.
